C2 Developments

The aim of C2 Developments is to provide a premium service at an affordable rate. We will not try to get your business by using sales gimmicks or trick you with fine print, only our promise to provide you with quality service experience or your money back. As of January 2013 there are two service packages we provide. A) The DIY PACKAGE which cost $395 per schedule. As the name suggests, this option is for the investor who is on a budget and is able to be involved in the process by inspecting the property by themselves. For this option you will need access to a digital camera and email address. A checklist of assets will be sent to you to use as a cross check during the property inspection. Once the inspection is complete just send me the photographs and checklist and I will do the rest. This option offers the owner an opportunity to check up on the condition of their investment as well. Please note C2 Developments will not be held responsible for any assets which have been missed during the DIY inspection. B) The PREMIUM PACKAGE which starts from $550 per schedule. This option as the name suggests is performed entirely by myself. This option is usually for the investor who is time poor or wants to ensure that all tasks are properly performed from start to completion. The fee may vary to reflect the building type, location of property, volume of reports required and the extent of the analysis required. Often a discount is offered for multiple commissions. Both packages include a detailed report which provides both methods of depreciation (Diminishing Value and Prime Cost) and a summary of annual allowances for the inital twenty years of ownership. Also I guarantee to find at least triple my fee in depreciation allowances in the first full year of ownership or your money will be refunded along with a copy of the report. Furthermore the fee is tax deductible and are for residential properties only. For commercial and industrial properties all quotes are provided on a case by case basis.
Please note, if you are looking for the cheapest quote available then C2 Developments is probably not for you. There are cheaper alternatives out there, however be mindful that the old adage "you get what you pay for" is true in this business. Our fee carries a slight premium but we provide the best value for money and even then we are far from being the most expensive.
