C2 Developments was started in 2002 by myself Lee Cung to provide a premium service at an affordable rate. I have a university degree in Quantity Surveying and over 14 years hands on experience in the property capital allowances and tax depreciation field. I was raised to believe success is achieved only through a mixture of hard work and integrity and that there are no short cuts. Prior to starting C2 Developments I worked for a large and reputable firm based in Sydney for 8 years during which I learned my craft from pioneers and innovators of the property capital allowances and tax depreciation industry. When I started my business I noticed there was a distinct lack of companies in the industry offering quality property tax depreciation schedules and most of them I felt had lost touch with investors by simply over charging for their services and trying to justify their inflated costs with gimmicks or extravagant websites. I started C2 Developments to rectify that problem and a promise to put more money back into the pockets of the investors. I wanted to provide a service with the affordability and approachablilty of a small business while at the same time maintaining the quality that you would expect from a large company. My aim is to provide an affordable alernative for savvy property investors who may not understand the intricacies of capital allowances and property tax depreciation. Every time a client engages C2 Developments, they can be assured that their hard earned money is paying for my services, meaning the work is not outsourced or delegated to a junior staff member. Ask yourself, if you take your car to a vehicle repair shop would you prefer the mechanic or their apprentice to do the work? I believe if you pay for a premium service then you should expect the premium level of work and the peace of mind that goes with it.
